Francesca Furia continues to work on research projects related to epilepsy and genetics. She particularly focuses on the genes STXBP1 and SCN8A, with an emphasis on deep phenotyping of these disorders and their correlation with genotype.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In summary, the Ph.D. project involves a comprehensive study of the genetic and clinical aspects of monogenic epilepsy.
