At the social 24-hour and day service Stormly, 21 adults with epilepsy, acquired brain injuries, and complex challenges live. We work closely with relatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A meaningful everyday life<\/h2><\/div>

At Stormly, we create a meaningful daily life with security and quality of life. We focus on residents’ development and providing experiences that foster friendships and quality of life. With high professionalism and a heartfelt approach, we offer meaningful rehabilitation \u2013 flexible and individual support that considers unique needs.

We have many communal activities involving creativity and physical activity. Board games, sports, and music play a significant role in our daily routines. <\/p><\/div><\/div>

Stormly – in Brief<\/p>

The Residence<\/h3>

We offer various housing options based on individual needs. Two 42 m\u00b2 residences are in separate buildings. Three residences, each about 50 m\u00b2, are on the first floor, specially designed for young people. Sixteen residences, ranging from 26 to 46 m\u00b2, are in separate buildings or on the ground floor. We have two new apartments, each 55 m\u00b2, for young people. There is easy access to outdoor activities and socializing.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The Local Area<\/h3>

We are located in a scenic area with fields and forests, close to the beach and town.

We often drive to Juelsminde in our own minibuses. We participate in life at the harbor, take walks on the beach, or browse the shops.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The Staff<\/h3>

We are 48 employees: educators, social and healthcare assistants, nurses, a physiotherapist, and occupational therapists.

We work closely with doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists, and speech therapists at the Epilepsy Hospital, Filadelfia.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>
